Our delivery times with standard shipping may vary. For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination location. These delivery times are estimated and you will always find applicable delivery times in the checkout once placing the order.
When your package has been shipped you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. Tobia Dog Studio will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities/areas/countries, though this is rare.
