If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the consignment.
The products must be returned undamaged.

To request a return, please send an email to info@tobiadogstudio.com  with your order number to receive return instructions.

The costs and responsibility for the delivery of the package will be borne by the customer.

If your product is faulty or damaged please email info@tobiadogstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damages occurring.

If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact our customer care team at info@tobiadogstudio.com advising us of the problems you are having. Please also include a photo of your product and we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as we can.
