If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact our customer care team at info@tobiadogstudio.com advising us of the problems you are having. Please also include a photo of your product and we will endeavor to resolve this as soon as we can.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
If your product is faulty or damaged please email info@tobiadogstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damages occurring.

WILL THERE BE ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES?
Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the EU.
